How Do Pop-Up Sprinklers Work?

The spray coverage range of the pop-up sprinklers is fully adjustable, allowing you to choose exactly which area to irrigate. Done watering? The pop-up sprinkler retracts neatly back below ground level.

The pop-up sprinklers in this kit have a spray radius of up to 5 metres. Actual range depends on local water pressure and potential pressure loss through pipe layout. You can also easily adjust the watering arc of each pop-up sprinkler, setting it anywhere from 90 degrees up to a full 360-degree circle.

Easy DIY Installation with Clear Instructions

There is no need to hire a landscaper or professional to install these pop-up sprinklers in your garden. You can easily install them yourself following the clear, illustrated instructions on the packaging.

First, make a sketch of your garden and plan where you want to place the sprinklers. Ensure the spray patterns overlap slightly to guarantee full coverage across your entire lawn. Next, dig a trench for the pipework so it runs discreetly along your lawn, and dig holes for the pop-up sprinklers. Make sure they are installed deep enough to sit flush below ground level, while ensuring they can pop up freely to spray.

Finally, connect the pipework to a tap using the connector included in the kit. You can also install an irrigation controller. This allows you to automatically water your lawn at scheduled times—especially handy when you are away on holiday.
